Our cowherd is a proud participant in the National Reference Sire Program for the American Hereford Association, underscoring our dedication to breeding top-quality Hereford cattle. We specialize in marketing harvest-ready animals, replacement females, and robust bulls that exemplify the best traits of the breed.

Custom Services:

At Olsen Ranches, we offer a range of custom services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our offerings include custom individual feed intake data collection utilizing the state-of-the-art GrowSafe system, custom feeding programs tailored to your livestock’s nutritional requirements, and custom artificial insemination (AI) work to enhance breeding outcomes.

Farm & Crops:

Our farming operation is built to complement our cattle herd to create an integrated crop-livestock system. We run a no-till operation that consists of both dryland and irrigated acres. Our crop rotation is diverse and includes wheat, barley, peas, corn, sugar beets, alfalfa, small grain hay, seed triticale and multiple forage blends for grazing throughout the year.
